This page explains what the Viral Labz waitlist stores and why. Last updated October 20, 2026.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we store:

  • your email address;
  • your optional answers on the waitlist page, if you give them: what you mostly make and where you post;
  • the consent wording you saw, its version and the time you joined;
  • which form you used and which page you were on, the page that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you came from;
  • when you first joined, when you last submitted the form and how many times you submitted it.

We do not store your IP address or browser details with your signup record. Our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS), keeps routine server logs, which can include IP addresses and browser details, for a limited time for security and troubleshooting. Reading the guides and using the free tools does not require an account or any personal information. Images and text you put into the free tools are processed in your browser and are not sent to us.

Why we collect it

We use your email to send launch updates, an invitation when early access opens, and occasional guides. We use the other details to see which pages lead people to sign up and what they want to make, so we can decide what to build and write next.

What stays in your browser

To record which page led to your signup, the site keeps the first page you landed on, the referrer and any campaign tags in your browser's session storage. It stays on your device and is cleared when you close the tab. The site sets no cookies unless you accept analytics. If you click Accept on the notice, we load Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and sends your page views, device and approximate location (not your email address or your tool inputs) to Google so we can see which pages are useful. If you click No thanks, or ignore the notice, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Who sees your email

Only the Viral Labz team can see the list. We do not sell your email address. The list is stored in Amazon Web Services (Amazon DynamoDB, in the Stockholm region, Sweden), which processes it on our behalf as our hosting provider. Analytics data, if you accept it, is processed by Google.

Your choices

You can ask us to remove your email, or to send you a copy of what we hold about you, at any time. Every email we send will include an unsubscribe option once we start sending. Until then, write to nagaya1@gmail.com. We keep your details until you ask us to remove them or we close the list.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect, we will update this page and its date. See also the terms.
